We begin by understanding the requirement. From there, we identify appropriate subcontractors, service providers, manufacturers, or suppliers and establish a clear plan for execution.
ScopeWorks remains involved throughout performance by coordinating schedules, communication, documentation, quality-control requirements, and deliverables.
